This resource can be used as part of a whole-school activity for Children’s mental health week or as a one of activity to help students engage and discuss any feelings they are keeping inside.
Students should think about all of the feelings they are bottling up, these could be, worry, fear, loss etc. Students can also think about how this might look when those feelings fizz/spill out- does this look like angry outbursts, crying, self-isolating.
This is a safe and non-invasive method of promoting a basis for talk therapy. Students can work independently, in a 1:1 setting with a teacher or in a small group to complete this activity.
This complete intervention programme will provide up to 12 weeks’ worth of supportive study for students who are experiencing identity or gender worries or issues.
This programme of study has been carefully compiled to to empower students with up-to-date knowledge, advice and guidance.

This is an A3 self-care activity for students to complete during the festive period.
Students need to make 25 self-care/ mindful promises for each day leading up to Christmas.
Students can write or draw into each window of the calendar or a combination of both. This can then be coloured in or decorated in festive colours, glitter etc.
Teacher can print to A4 or enlarge as necessary.
